Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Socivant, provided by Vantage Cortex, Inc. ("we"). Enterprise customers are governed by their signed order form and master services agreement, which take precedence over these terms.

1. The service

Socivant plans, creates, safety-checks, publishes and measures social media content for your brands, using AI models and connections to social networks you authorize.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for your users, their roles, and keeping credentials secure.
• You must have the right to connect each social account and ad account you link.

3. Your content and approvals

• You own your brand materials and the content generated for you.
• You control approval settings. Content published under settings you chose (including autopilot) is published on your behalf.
• AI output can be wrong. Our safety checks reduce but do not eliminate risk.

4. Acceptable use

No unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content; no spam; no violating social network or ad platform policies.

5. Fees

Fees are set in your order form: annual subscription, add-ons, and the ad management fee on managed ad spend.

6. Term and termination

On termination you can export your data for 30 days; after that it is deleted.
