Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Vantage Cortex, Inc. handles personal data in Socivant. For customer data we process on a customer's behalf, we act as a processor under our Data Processing Addendum.

What we collect

Account data: name, email, organization, role, sign-in and security events.
Customer content: brand materials, posts, media, comments and messages from connected social accounts, analytics and conversion data.
Usage and device data needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

To provide the service: generate, review, publish and measure content.
To secure the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data and do not use customer content to train AI models.

Sub-processors

Hosting and database, AI model providers (Anthropic, Google), social publishing (Ayrshare), email delivery, payments (Stripe), error monitoring. The current list is in the DPA.

Retention

Customer data is kept for the contract term. When an organization is deleted it is permanently removed after a 30-day grace period; backups roll off within 35 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may access, correct, delete or export your data. Contact privacy@socivant.com.
